Graveside services for James Donald Maxwell, Jr., 41, of Jackson will be at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, December 2, 2012 at Shaw Cemetery, Shaw, MS. He died of a heart attack at his home in Jackson, MS on Wednesday evening, November 28, 2012. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. James graduated with honors from Washington School in 1989 and Millsaps College in 1993. He leaves behind his wife Christine Gary Maxwell and daughter Sarah Frances Hill of Jackson and Gulfport; his parents Dr. and Mrs. James Donald Maxwell of Benoit; his sister Margaret Maxwell Wright and her husband Bill of Hermosa Beach, California. Numerous relatives and friends will miss James’s wry humor, cheerful, and loving ways. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Washington School’s Educational Foundation in Greenville, MS, or the Benoit Methodist Church, Benoit, MS.
