Rose Carol Morris Ingram

Funeral services for Rose Ingram, 85, of Greenville, MS, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. There will be a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. She passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville, MS.

Rose Carol Morris Ingram, born September 28, 1940, in Hollandale, Mississippi, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She lived a life devoted to her faith and family.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Morris and Jewel Fleming Morris; her son, Charles “Chuck” Jones; her brothers, Willard “Bill” Morris, George Morris, and Calvin Morris; her granddaughter, Damen Therrell Page; her son-in-law, Mark Grimes; and her daughter-in-law, Tricha Jones.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bobby Ingram; her children, John Jones, Kathy Grimes, Jeffrey Jones Sr., Eric Jones, Vicky Rumley, and Stacy Tharp. She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride. She is further survived by her brother, Clyde Morris (Rosa Mae); bonus son, Ben Holly; and her special friend, Ruby Odom, along with many extended family members and dear friends.

Rose was happiest when her home was filled with the laughter and love of family. She cherished her church family and enjoyed spending her time cooking, reading, and working word searches. Her caring spirit and welcoming nature made everyone feel at home.

For 18 years, Rose worked as a receptionist for All Star Motor Company, where she was known for her kindness, dedication, and friendly smile.

Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing that her love and wisdom will remain with them always.
