Graveside services for Warren Edward Veasey, 79, of Greenville will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Lehrton Cemetery west of Ruleville on Hwy 8. He passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020 at his home. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mr. Veasey was born on February 19, 1941 the son of Warren Kent Veasey and Iva Belle Davidson Veasey. He worked in maintenance at USDA in Stoneville, retiring in 2013. He was a member of Zero Hunting and Fishing Club for 35 years.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Vera Veasey of Greenville; son, Jeff Parker of Kansas City, MO; brother, David Wayne Veasey (Jean) of Hammond, LA; nephew, Matthew Veasey and great nephew, David Weston Veasey.
