Funeral services for Jimmy Dale Sellars, Jr., 63, of Greenville, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. There will be a visitation from 1:00 p.m. until service time. He passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025, at Delta Health-The Medical Center. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Jimmy Dale was loved by so many. He was a lifelong resident of Greenville and was well known in his hometown. He and his wife Pam have been married for 46 wonderful years. He loved her dearly. They had 4 sons, 1 daughter, a very special grandson, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren that all looked up to him. He taught his boys the ropes on how to be a man and made them all tough as nails.
He enjoyed fishing and racing with his boys. He told the best stories, and it was never a dull moment with him. He always kept everyone around him laughing, and his family just enjoyed spending time with him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy Dale Sellars, Sr., and Martha Fullwood Sellars.
He is survived by his wife, Pam G. Sellars; sons, Christopher (Daphne) Sellars, Parker (Heather) Sellars, Jimmy Dale (Stacy) Sellars III, and Mickey (Harli) Sellars; daughter, Crystal (James) Parker; brother, Scott Sellars; sister, Regina Hoover; 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
