Funeral services for Arlin Cossar Reed, 74, of Greenville will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 3 at Boone Funeral Home, Leland. She died Wednesday, October 31 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Burial will be in Leland-Stoneville Cemetery under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Leland.
Mrs. Reed was born in Greenwood, MS moving to Leland at an early age. She was a graduate of Leland High School, Class of 1961, which she loved very much. Mrs. Reed was also a graduate of Delta State University and the University of Mississippi. She was an avid Ole Miss fan. She had made her home in Greenville since 1996.
She was an accomplished Bowman and Equestrian. She also enjoyed gardening and flowers.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Farr Couch (Terry) of Scottsboro, AL and Susan Farr Taggart (Bob) of McKinney, TX; four grandchildren, Garrett Love (Dianne), Patrick Love, Mary Paige Taggart and Lee Cossar Taggart; and great granddaughter, Lilliana Love.
There will be a visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Saturday at Boone Funeral Home, Leland.
