Funeral services for Artis St. Clair Bridges, 89, of Greenville will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday at Cornerstone Baptist Church. She died Sunday at Magnolia Gardens. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mrs. Bridges was born in Cleveland, MS where she graduated from high school. After graduation she married Jim Bridges and they made their home in Greenville. She worked for South Delta Housing as a secretary until her retirement. Mrs. Bridges was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Lynda B. Morgan (Don) of Waxahachie, TX; son, James P. Bridges, Jr. (Maura) of Lake Village, AR; grandson, Jamie Bridges and great granddaughter, Shelby Bridges.
There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at the church.
