Memorial service for Barbara Faye Leach Sturdivant, 71,of Greenville will be today at 2:30 p.m. at Leland-Stoneville Cemetery. died Sunday, March 18 at her home. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was born in Greenville and moved to Texas where she received her education. She later returned to Greenville where she was an independent truck driver. She was a very outgoing person and made friends everywhere.
She was preceded in death by her son, Daniel “Boo” Moore, daughter, Lisa Gail Fulwood, brother, James E. Leach and parents, Oran and Orene Leach.
She is survived by three sisters, Virginia Loyland (Rand) of Crockett TX, Mary Moore of Crockett, TX and Linda Clark (Kevin) of Montgomery, TX; three grandchildren, Shyann Moore of Grenada, C. J. Fulwood of Hattiesburg and Daniel Moore of Greenville; four great grandchildren, Lacie Melton, Lakyn Melton, David Fulwood and Tyler Larson; and several special nieces and nephews.
