Memorial services for Beatrice “Bebe” Alexander Brooks, 83, of Hollandale will be at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, March 21 at Hollandale Baptist Church. She departed this life and entered heavenly glory on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Leland.
She was born in Greenwood, MS on January 21, 1932 to Kelly Drew and Ruth Treadway Alexander of Hollandale.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston “Pat” D. Brooks, her son, Preston “Pat” Kelly Brooks, and grandson, Preston Kelly Brooks, Jr.. She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Brooks Rose of Flowood; son, Clay Brooks (Anita) of Hollandale; brother, Kelly Drew Alexander, Jr. (Beverly) of Hollandale; daughter-in-law, Grace Bratton Brooks of Oxford; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Hollandale Baptist Church.
