Graveside services for Beatrice Martin Worbington, 83, of Stewart and formerly of Greenville will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 8 at Leland-Stoneville Cemetery. She died Monday, April 6, 2015 at University of Mississippi Medical Center, Grenada.
Mrs. Worbington was a native of Bolivar County where she received her education. In 1946 she married Oscar W. Worbington making their home in Greenville since 1949. They were married for 59 years until his death in 2005. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church. She was loved by her family and friends.
She is survived by a son, James Worbington (Della) of Stewart, a daughter, Diane Hughes (Ronnie) of Paducah, KY, 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 a.m., at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
