Graveside services for Betty Jean Hansbrough Columbus, 89, of Columbia and formerly of Leland will be at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. She died Friday, October 1, 2021 at The Myrtle Nursing Facility in Columbia. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Leland.
Betty worked as a secretary for several years at Gamble Brothers Clinic.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Columbus, Jr. in 1990. She is survived by three sons, Frank Columbus III of Collins, MS, Christopher Columbus and Mark Columbus both of Sumrall, MS.
