Funeral services for Brenda Kay McMillen Ellenburg, 63, of Leland will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 1 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She died Monday, April 29 at her home. Burial will be in Beulah Cemetery under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was born in Elkhart, IN moving to Mississippi at an early age where she met Arthur Ellenburg and they married in 1975. They made their home in Greenville where she worked as a CNA (Certified Nurses Assistant) at Delta Regional Medical Center, retiring after 25 years.
Brenda was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Michael Ellenburg, a daughter, Chasity Ellenburg and parents, Mary Lou McMillen and Wayne McMillen.
She is survived by daughter, Tammy Clolinger (James); two sisters, Mary Blaylock and Annette McMillen; three brothers, Jerry McMillen (Caroline), John McMillen (Kathy), and Paul McMillen (Christal); four granddaughters, Courtney Clolinger (Cameron Hebert), Brittany Clolinger (Luke Ramsey), Candace Boudreaux (Landon) and Christy Horne (Braxton); and four great grandchildren, Miller, Taidyn, William and Skylann and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
