Graveside services for Cecil Dale Hancock, 67, of Glen Allan will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Greenfield Cemetery. He passed away on Monday, March 30, 2020 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mr. Hancock was a native of Glen Allan and graduated from Riverside High School. After graduation he was employed with Greenville Mills until their closure. In 1982 he married Beverly Norris. Mr. Hancock was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Norris Hancock of Glen Allan; daughter, Amy Maddox (Sam) of Greenville; son, Lucas Hancock (Melissa) of Mendenhall, MS; brother, John Hancock of Kilmichael, MS; and he was Papa to 8 grandchildren, Cayden Sullivan, Lizzie Whitaker, Jackson Maddox, Juliette Maddox, Stella Rose Maddox, Taylor Sullivan, Matthew Cannatella and Charlotte Cannatella.
