Clara Juanita Lowe

Graveside services for Clara Juanita Lowe, 88, of Siloam Springs, AR and formerly of Greenville will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. She died Tuesday, May 17 at the Circle of Life Hospice House in Springdale, AR. 

Mrs. Lowe was born June 29, 1927 in Drew, MS the daughter of James Ervin Everitt and Clara B. Everitt. Clara was a homemaker and for a time worked as a ward clerk at Delta Regional Medical Center and was a records clerk at V&G Welding. When she lived in Greenville she taught Sunday school at Temple Baptist Church and hosted and taught bible studies. Clara was a member of the Independent Baptist Church of West Siloam Springs, AR. There she taught Sunday school for many years and also taught the Ladies Bible Studies. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and taking care of her family and home. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Oscar Jewell Vest and second husband, Alfred Hosey Lowe, great grandson, William Robert Vest, brother, James Ervin Everitt, Jr., and sister, Agnes Blalack.. She is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Jewel Vest-Hendrickson of Siloam Springs, AR , a son, John Alan Vest of Siloam Springs, AR; 5 step children, Becky Smith of Alliance, NE, Steve Lowe of Lynchburg, VA, Bill Lowe of Roland Park, KS, Terry Lowe of Olathe, KS and David Lowe of Merriam, KS; 6 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, 16 step grandchildren, 26 step great grandchildren and 2 great great step grandchildren. Clara is also survived by many friends and loved ones.
