Funeral services for Clyde W. Nichols, 67, of Star City, AR were at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 5, 2013 at Boone Funeral Home, Leland. He died Wednesday, July 3, 2013. Burial was in Leland-Stoneville Cemetery under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Leland.
Nichols was born July 13, 1945 to R. C. Nichols and Jane Nichols of Leland. He served in Vietnam and served in the U.S. Army from 1965-1974.
He is survived by his fiance, Nancy Stugeon; two sisters, Margie Hooks and Rebecca Daugherty and a brother, Billy Joe Poland.
The family received friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to funeral at the funeral home.
