Funeral services for Coyte Hunter, 83, of Pontotoc and formerly of Indianola will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at First Assembly of God, Pontotoc. He died Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Sanctuary Hospice, Tupelo. Graveside services will be at 4:00 p.m., at Indianola City Cemetery, Indianola under the direction of Boone-Card Funeral Home, Indianola.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Flora Newman Hunter of Pontotoc; daughter, Barbara Bingham (Thomas) of Indianola; 3 sons, Randy Hunter (Gail) of Knoxville, TN, Robert Hunter of Cary, NC and Jeff Hunter of Raleigh, NC; sister, Dorothy McKnight of Pontotoc and 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 9:30-11:00 a.m., prior to serivces on Wednesday at the church.
