Funeral Services for Darrel Elden Haley, 57, of Greenville, MS will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. A visitation will precede the service at 2:00 p.m. Darrel died Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at Delta Health-The Medical Center with his family by his side.
Darrel was born March 23, 1964, in Houston Texas. He and his family moved to Greenville, MS in 1973. Darrel was a 1983 graduate of St. Joseph’s High School. He attended Mississippi State University and graduated from Delta State University in 1991. Darrel was Vice-President of Haley Marine Gears, Inc. of Greenville. He was an avid outdoorsman and a passionate Mississippi State Bulldog fan. Darrel always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone he met. His love for and devotion to his family was unmatched.
Darrel was preceded in death by his parents Edwin Ray Haley and Clerkie Cauthon Haley, brother, Kyle Haley, and sister-in-law, Judy Haley. He is survived by his dedicated and loving wife of 23 years, Lydia Haley, brothers Lee Allan Haley of Yellville, AR, and Neal Rayden Haley (Sherry) of Greenville, sister-in-law, Leslie Haley of Nashville, TN, stepmother, Clista Haley of Cincinnati, OH, sisters in law, Renee Navarette (Luis) of Odessa, TX, Vanessa Perner (Sean) of Waco, TX, Hannah Payan and brother-in-law, Joshua Payan both of El Paso, TX, nephews, Kyle Haley and Luke Haley, nieces, Linsey Weiser, Deanne Phillips, Taylor Haley, Caroline Haley, Kamelia Navarette, Mikalea Navarette, Farren Perner, great-nieces, Christina Haley, Harper Talley, Kylie Haley, and great nephews Jason Weiser and Luke Haley, Jr.
