Funeral services for Elizabeth Susan Terry Luckett, 79, of Greenville, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. There will be a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the service time. She died on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Burial will be in the Greenville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was born on January 14, 1947, in Greenville, Mississippi, to Gid and Bessie Terry. She graduated from Greenville High School and began her career as a loan officer with Greenville Bank and Deposit Guaranty Bank. She later joined LDDS, where she excelled as a sales executive and became the company’s top sales representative in the state.
Susan was an active member of the Colonial Garden Club and enjoyed sharing her love of gardening through the Little Colonials Garden Club with her daughter. She treasured time spent with her family and friends and had a passion for traveling, entertaining, cooking, and shopping.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, John A. Jackson and Kirk Luckett; and her brother, Gid Terry.
She is survived by her daughter, Courtney Ray, and her husband, Shawn; her sister, JoAnne Fava; and her beloved grandchildren, Elizabeth Ray and Jaden Ray, who brought her immense joy.
