Funeral services for Ethel Viola Naron, 90, of Wayside will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 6 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She died Wednesday, August 3 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. Burial will be in Lakeview Gardens.
Mrs. Naron was born in Belzoni, MS where she received her education and made her profession of faith and was baptized. She married Benjamin F. Naron and they made their home in Wayside where she worked in the cafeteria at Riverside. After her retirement she made her home in Water Valley. She was a member of Alexander Memorial Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1999. She is survived by 4 daughters, Vivian Patricia Glenn of Avon, Dianne Trainer (John) of Avon, Connie Gail McFauls of Water Valley and Sherry Naron of Barrow, AK; 5 sons, Bobby Dean Naron (Scharlotte) of Hesperia, CA, B. A. Naron (Lynda) of Grenada, MS, Gary Dale Naron (Melinda) of Lake Village, AR, Ronnie Naron (Rheyla) of Barstow, CA and Darryl Naron (Stacy) of Wrightwood, CA; a sister, Faye Spence of Lilburn, GA; 20 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
