Eugene Perry Kirby, 96, of Greenville passed away Wednesday March 27 at Legacy Manor Nursing Home. There will be a visitation from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 30 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville
Mr. Kirby was born on October 25, 1922 in Blackton, AR the son of Ellis Dewitt Kiry and Mary Elizabeth Edwards Kirby. He was a member of the Civil Defense for several years and was the owner and operator of Kirby Diesel Service. Mr. Kirby enjoyed traveling.
He is survived by a daughter, Dolores Lemons of Greenville; two grandchildren, Slade Teasley of Grandview, TX and Chad Teasley of Seguin, TX.
