Eunice Laverne Nations

Funeral services for Eunice Laverne Nations, 90, of Greenville will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 27 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She died Tuesday, December 19 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. 

She was born in West Point, MS on June 30, 1927 to George Newton Hamlin and Zola May Spicer Hamlin. They later moved to Greenville where she graduated from Greenville High School in 1945. In 1951 she married Haskell Nations and they made their home in Greenville. She was a devoted wife and mother. 

She was preceded in death by her husband and her sister, Lois Elizabeth Hamlin.. She is survived by a daughter, Deidre Pickett of Tupelo; a son, Richard Nations (Vicki) of Greenville; brother, George Richard Hamlin of Greenville; and two grandchildren, Zola Kathryn Pickett of Tupelo, MS and Haley Pickett Walls (John) of Saltillo, MS. 

There will be a visitation one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
