Funeral services for Fannie Lois Stewart, age 82, of Greenville will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 5 in the Boone-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Greenville. She died Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mrs. Stewart was born in Sidon, Mississippi. She married Ernest Stewart on April 20, 1954, and they made their home in Greenville. She worked as a setter at Greenville Mills. Her husband preceded her in death on October 3, 2007.
Mrs. Stewart is survived by 4 daughters, Doris Dodd Bowman (Ray) of Pass Christian, MS, Barbara Duff (Bill) of Florence, MS, Vonnie Fischer (Charles) of Panama City, FL, and Donna Hester of Greenville; 5 sons, Ernest Stewart of Madison, MS, John Stewart (Tracey) of Taylorsville, MS, James Stewart of Natchitoches, LA, Edward Stewart (Connie) of West Monroe, LA, and David Stewart (Joy) of Poplarville, MS; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. prior to services on Tuesday at Boone-Smith Funeral Home.
