Private memorial services to honor and remember Glenda Nell Cordell (nee Hearn), age 76, of Inverness was held on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home in Greenville. She passed away on March 31, 2024, in Indianola, MS. She was born on April 30, 1947, in Hollandale, MS. Glenda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished spending time with her family and friends.
Glenda is survived by her husband, Danny Cordell, her children Sharon (Terry) Colotta, Dan (Tiffanee) Cordell, Michael (Dorothy) Cordell, and her grandchildren Brittany, Ignatius, Chase, Isabella, Keiley, Ty, and Alaina. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Hearn, her mother, Polly Buford, her aunt Florrie Love, and her uncle John Thomas Love.
Glenda graduated from Glen Allan High School in 1965. She worshipped at the First Baptist Church in Inverness, MS.
