Memorial services for Harvey Andrew Colyer, 61, of Leland will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 28 at Leland-Stoneville Cemetery. He died Sunday, April 24 at his home.
Mr. Colyer was born in Indianola where he attended Indianola High School. He worked at Conley Security Services out of Greenville until he became disabled. John was know for riding around Leland in his wheelchair.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie, sister, Cynthia Lewis and parents, Thomas and Florence.
He is survived by a son, John Thomas Colyer of Leland; 3 sisters, Peggy Chennault of Benton, AR, Sherry Williams of Clarksdale and Kathy Roby of Clarksdale; and 2 brothers, James Colyer of Cleveland and Jerry Colyer of Indianola.
