Funeral services for Hattie Bernice Foster Tice, 82, of Greenville will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 30 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She died Tuesday, March 27 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Burial will be in Lakeview Gardens under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mrs. Tice drove a school bus for 13 years for Riverside School and also helped her husband farm.
She was married 60 years to the love of her life, Darling D. Tice who preceded her in death in 2012. She was a loving and giving soul who loved the Lord. The most important thing to her was her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pete David Foster and Ona Ann Patterson Foster and by her siblings. She is survived by two daughters, Janis Allen (Edward) of Belzoni and Wendy Witherspoon (Jeff) of Hollandale; three sons, Glen D. Tice (Kelly) of Ovett, MS, Daniel Tice (Lori) of College Station, TX and Dempsey Tice of Greenville; fifteen grandchildren and thirty-two great grandchildren.
There will be a visitation from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 29 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
