Funeral services for Jimmie Rodgers, 81, of Leland will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 3 at Boone-Smith Funeral Home, 1580 S. Colorado St. He died Sunday, July 1 at the Veterans Hospital in Jackson. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Rodgers; two sons, Jimmy Guy Rodgers and William David Rodgers; daughter, Delaine Carr and 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
