Graveside services for Joe Barney Leach, 82, of Greenville will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Leland-Stoneville Cemetery. He died Sunday, February 2, 2014 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mr. Leach was born in Montgomery County, MS where he attended the Kilmichael publc schools. He moved to Greenville where he worked on the river as a tankerman. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Willie Mae Leach of Greenville; daughter, Patsy Mae Harris of Greenville; 2 sons, Jody James Leach and Billy Wayne Leach both of Greenville; 9 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:30 p.m., Sunday, February 9, 2014 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
