Funeral services for Juanita Manues, age 74, of Greenville will be at noon on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024, at Delta Health-The Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. Burial will be in Golden Link Cemetery in Anguilla under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Manues, and her parents, Joe and Vivian McCown.
She was loved the most by her nieces and nephews, Haven Bishop, Tosha Cross, Amber Hendon, Joseph “Wick” McCown, and many more. She is survived by three brothers, Billy McCown (Polly), Joe McCown (Gail), and Jerry McCown (Ruthie Reiman), and a sister, Shirley Gatlin. She also leaves behind four children, Kenny Hill, Chris Manues, Eugene Manues, and Ardellia Manues, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday before the services at the funeral home.
