Graveside services for Kathy R. Jenkins, 62, of Leland will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Lakeview Gardens in Greenville. She passed away at Delta Health-The Medical Center on Saturday, August 12, 2023. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mrs. Jenkins was born to Gene and Peggy Tharp on June 22, 1961, in Sunflower County, MS. She grew up in Greenville where she attended school at Greenville High School.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Peggy Tharp. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Bruce Jenkins of Leland, MS; two daughters, Candi Bailey (Aaron) of Savannah, GA, and Cassie Eubanks (Kenneth) of Leland, MS; two brothers, Bobby Tharp, Jr. (Kimberly) of Leland, MS, and David Tharp (Lori) of Brandon, MS; and five grandchildren, Dustin Bailey, Trent Bailey, Katy Bailey, Hadley Eubanks, Corbin Eubanks and one great-grandchild, Millie Bailey.
