Kenneth D. Woods, 53, of Magee, MS passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Boswell Regional Center in Magee, MS.
Kenneth was born on June 5, 1968 to Keith and Frances Watford Woods. He loved dirt track racing, music and rodeo’s. He also loved the outdoors and being around his dad’s shop.
He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Frances Woods; sister, Michelle Sanders and two nephews, Gavyn and Garrett Sanders.
