Funeral services for Lettie Dee King, 98, of N. Little Rock, AR and formerly of Greenville will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She died Friday, December 2 at Lakewood Nursing Home in N. Little Rock, AR. Burial will be in Greenville Cemetery under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was born in Marshall, TX moving to Leland, MS at an early age where she attended the Leland public school. She was employed as a Nurse’s Aide at King’s Daughters Hospital for several years. Mrs. King was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Mrs. King was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Fannie Lou Odum Chastain, her husband, William T. King, 3 sisters, Doris Belongea, Ruby Kennedy, and Louise Godwin and by a brother, Edgar Chastain.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
