Funeral services for Linda Cook, 65, of Greenville will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 25 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She died Thursday, July 20 in Gulfport, MS after a long battle with cancer. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was a longtime resident of Greenville and graduated from Greenville High School in May 1969 and attended Mississippi Delta Junior College. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Lee Cook; parents, Fred Anderson Hamilton and Estelle Fisher Hamilton; brothers, Paul Henry Hamilton, Curtis Ray Hamilton and Fred Allen Hamilton.
She is survived by a daughter, Terri Ann Cook Roberts (Buddy) of Gulfport; brother, William David Hamilton (Debbie) of Greenville and a grandson, Zackary Nathaniel Branch.
