Linda Swafford Kirby, 74, of Greenville passed away Tuesday, February 20 at her home. There will be a visitation from 12:00-2:00 p.m., Friday, February 23 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was born on August 15, 1943 in Greenville, MS to the late J.L. and Kitty Mae Swafford. Linda was a graduate of Cleveland High School. Her interest included her family, gardening and sewing.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald “Buddy” Kirby of Greenville.
She is survived by two daughters, Kristen Robertson (Chris) of Greenville and Janice Akers (David) The Woodlands, TX; two sons, Kevin Kirby (Stacie) of Hamburg, AR and Todd Kirby of Leland; three brothers, John Swafford (Marjorie) of Lexington, MS, Ronald Swafford (Tracy) of Cleveland, MS and Donald Swafford (Sonya) of Cleveland, MS; five grandchildren, Hunter Kirby, Madison Robertson, Abbie Wesson, Bryce Wesson and Lindsey Lynch and one great grandson, Wright Lynch.
