Funeral services for Lynn Johnson Pigg, 75, of Hollandale will be at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Darlove Baptist Church. She died Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Burial will be in Straight Bayou Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Leland.
Mrs. Pigg was born in Straight Bayou moving to Louise at an early age where she attended Louise High School. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She was a member of Darlove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Pigg in 1982. She is survived by 3 daughters, Jodi Adcock of Amory, Dedi Evans of Vicksburg and Kim Smyly (Scotty) of Hollandale; son, Gene Pigg (Dana) of Auburneale, FL; brother, Billy Johnson (Liz) of Yazoo City; 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to visitation at the church.
