Funeral services for Margaret Justice Fewell, 100, of Greenville will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 30 at North Little Rock Funeral Home, North Little Rock, AR. She died Tuesday, December 26 at Magnolia Gardens.
Despite her 100 years of age she remained active and was an inspiration to all around her. She was born April 30 1917 to Ebrium Justice and Clara Womble Justice. She was raised in Little Rock, AR and moved to North Little Rock when she married Earl Fewell in 1939. She was an active member of Park Hill Baptist Church for more than 50 years where she worked with the youth. She was a member of the committee that helped with the planning of the Christian Activities Center Building. Margaret spent many hours doing volunteer work for several civic organizations including the N. Little Rock Junior League where she served as president. She enjoyed playing bridge with friends in two Bridge Clubs for more than 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents, sister and brother in law Buddy and Dorithy Schnipper of Texarkana, TX. She is survived by her daughter Darla Branton and her husband Harry Branton of Leland, MS, two step granddaughters Irene Hall ( Addison) of Jackson and Sarah Keith ( Michael) of Kansas City, MO and 6 step great grandchildren, 3 nephews Don Schnipper (Mary Ann) of Hot Springs, AR, Travis Schnipper ( Ann) of Texarkana, AR and Ken Schnipper (Gwen) of Texarkana, AR.
There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Memorials can be sent to Park Hill Baptist Church of North Little Rock, AR.
