Funeral services for Margaret Virginia Lunceford Worsham, 84, of Leland will be at 2:00 p.m, Thursday, May 5 at Boone Funeral Home, Leland. She died Sunday, May 1 at Washington Care Center, Greenville. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Margaret was born on September 23, 1931 in Greenville. She was a nurse at W. S. Witte Memorial Hospital/Clinic in Leland for over 40 years. She had many friends and loved life, as well as spoiling her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Harold Worsham and her parents, Homer Lunceford and Sussie Smith. She is survived by her son, Mike Worsham of Leland and her two granddaughters, Sara Worsham of Leland and Becky Worsham of Columbus.
There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
