Funeral Services for Marilyn Sue Williams, 60, of Greenville will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the Leland Presbyterian Church. She passed away with family by her side at home on Sunday, May 15, 2022. Burial will be in the Leland-Stoneville Cemetery.
She was born Thursday, April 19, 1962 in Isola to the late Daniel Hebert and Edna (Ledford) Hebert.
She was a graduate of Leland High School and she worked as the secretary of the Leland Presbyterian Church. Marilyn was passionate about singing, and loved recording gospel music tracks. Marilyn was also an avid seamstress, and she designed several clothing accessories and quilts for family members and friends. Marilyn never met a stranger, and she exuded the love of God with whomever she spoke to.
She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Kenneth Williams; son, Hayden Williams; sisters, Joyce Springer, Sandra Hogue and Dorothy Jordan and brother, George Hebert.
There will be a visitation from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the church prior to services.
