Graveside services for Mary Estelle “Dale” Reynolds Carroll, 78 of Jackson will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 19, 2020 at Hollandale Cemetery. She passed away on Monday, March 16, 2020 in Jackson. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was born in Geneva, AL in 1941 and moved to Mississippi at an early age. She graduated from Riverside High School and lived at James Crossing until 1959 when she moved to Magee, MS and then later to Jackson. Mrs. Carroll attended Cosmetology School and worked as a hairstylist.
She was a member of Brookleigh Baptist Church in Jackson where she was a member of the choir. She enjoyed doing things for people, and really enjoyed children.
Mrs. Carroll is preceded in death by her son, Michael Reynolds, her parents, Lloyd and Lillian Watford and her husband, Deryl Carroll. She is survived by a son, Mark Reynolds; sister, Frances Woods; brother, Lloyd Watford, Jr. and 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
