Funeral Mass for Mary Margaret Mansour, age 69, of Monroe, LA, and formerly of Greenville, MS, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Greenville. There will be a visitation at the church from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., followed by a rosary at 10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Greenville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She passed away on March 31, 2026, in Monroe, Louisiana.
She was born on October 14, 1956, in Greenville, Mississippi, to Philip and Louise Mansour, the fifth of eleven children. Margaret graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1974 and attended LSU and the University of Mississippi. She practiced physical therapy until her retirement.
She is survived by her seven brothers, Ned Jabour of Monroe, Louisiana, Sam (Linda) Mansour of Tupelo, Mississippi, Phil (Beth) Mansour of Greenville, Mississippi, Joe (Grace) Mansour of Austin, Texas, Jimmy (Sarah) Mansour of Austin, Texas, and Johnny (Kim) Mansour of Austin, Texas, Mark (Sharon) Mansour of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; three sisters, Phyllis Mansour Crews of Atlanta, Georgia, Teresa Mansour of Greenville, Mississippi, and Samera (Chris) Eckl of Atlanta, Georgia; 24 nieces and nephews, two aunts, Mabel Elias and Marcy Elias of Monroe, Louisiana and dozens of cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Louise Mansour, her nephews, Matthew Crews and Bond Elias Mansour, and her sister-in-law, Denise Jabour.
