Funeral services for Maudie Bishop Turner, 89, of Ridgeland and formerly of Greenville will be held at a later date. She passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020 in Ridgeland. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mrs. Turner was born in Ruleville where she received her education. She later moved to Greenville where she met and married Winston Turner in 1947. She was a charter member of Maranatha Assembly of God where she served as Secretary for many years.
She is preceded in death by her husband in 1994.
She is survived by her son, Winston Terry Turner of Greenville; daughter, Margaret McColgin of Ridgeland; two sisters, Ginger Moore and Helen Misner; two brothers, Emmett B. Bishop and Jerry Bishop; four grandchildren and twelve great grandchild.
