Pamela Askew Morgan, age 55, of Durant and formerly of Leland passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022, with her family by her side. Memorial services for Pam will be held at a later date.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ellis M. “Shorty” Askew Sr., Hazel Carver and Johnny Carver. She is survived by 2 sons, Kevin Askew of Durant and Donny Pierce, Jr. (Amy) of Lake Cormorant, fiancé Lynn Stonestreet of Durant; 4 sisters Virginia (Charles) Robertson of Cleveland, Lora “Tootsie” (Danny) Muzzi of Shaw, Sandra Askew and Nell (Paul) Pearson of Greenville; 1 brother Ellis Melvin Askew, Jr. (Melanie) of Maben along with her grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
