Funeral services for Patricia Ann French Kilgore, 71, of Greenville will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 29 at Boone-Smith Funeral Home, 1580 S. Colorado St. She gained her angel wings on Sunday, December 24. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mrs. Kilgore was born on June 17, 1946 in Feriday, MS to her parents, William Thomas and Alice French. She graduated from Riverside High School in May of 1964. She was passionate about her family and friends. Her love for her auction and auction family was felt by everyone that entered the building. She will be greatly missed by all of the lives she has touched.
She is preceded in death by her brother William Thomas French, Jr., brother John Forrest French, sister, Lilla Marie Gonzales, and brothers, Jerry Lewis and Terry Lee French, and brother in laws, Donnie Gibbs, and Wallace Hamilton.
Mrs. Kilgore is survived by her husband Carl “Butch” Kilgore of Greenville; four daughters, Feleice Sheppeard of Greenville, Brandy Germany (Grady) of Kansas, Hope Kilgore of Greenville and Angel Estes (Jim) of Greenville; three sons, Williams Sykes (Monica) of Greenville, Carl Kilgore (Charity) of Greenville and Bryan Kilgore (Jennifer) of Orange, TX; three sisters, Betty Jewel Gibbs, Linda Sue Hamilton and Sarah Louise Contreras (Frank); brother, James Edward French (Ann) and sister-in-law, Penny. She was also blessed with 27 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and an abundance of adopted kids and grandkids.
Pallbearers will be Sean West, Donald Sykes, Cole Sykes, Clayton Kilgore, Carl Stanley Kilgore, Billy Miller, Johnathan Sykes, Tony Sheppeard, Jacob Kilgore, Chris Kilgore, and Bryan Keith Box.
There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at the funeral home. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Mrs. Kilgore’s life. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to the Palmer Home for Children.
