Funeral services for Patricia Fay Nance Kerr, 75, of Greenville will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 18 at Boone-Smith Funeral Home. She died Saturday, October 15 at her home. Burial will be Lehrton Cemetery, Ruleville under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Pat was born in Shaw, MS on January 19, 1941 the daughter of Jessie Lee and Esther Mae Williams Nance.
Pat was a fantastic prayer warrior. She enjoyed working in her yard, sewing and baking. She was always clipping recipes. She deeply loved her family and it gave her such joy to assist family and friends in decorating their homes. Her talent to turn a house into a home was God given.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Tyson Muirhead, 2 sisters, Norma Childers and Brenda Nance and brother, Jessie Donald Nance. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Wayne Kerr of Greenville; 2 daughters, Cindy Findley and husband Scott of Greenville and Susan Traikovich and husband Sam of Columbus, OH; sister, Josie Johnson of Greenville; 4 grandchildren, Dana Mears, Deven Regan, Charity Casavechia and Tiffany Blaylock; and 5 great grandchildren, River, Olivia, Maegan, Maggie and Caleb.
There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at Boone-Smith Funeral Home.
