Peggy Ann Tolbert, 84, born January 17,1938, of Greenville passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022, at home with loved ones by her side.
She worked at The Salvation Army Children’s shelter for many years. She most enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents Claude and Alice Haynes, grandson Michael Vaughn and the love of her life Don Alderman. She is survived by daughters Marilyn Lyles of Greenville and Kathleen Holiday of Canton; grandchildren, Bryan Lyles, Kerry Carroll (Stacy), Jenni Mardis (J.T), Susan Callejas, Mary Burkeen (Nathan), Katherine Pecou, Emily Tyner (Daniel), Michael Tolbert, Jr. and Lacey Johnston (John); great grandchildren, Kayla Lyles, Briana Lyles, Jasmine Carroll, Brittany Moore, Chloe’ Lyles(Haley), Ethan Tolbert, Alexis Carroll, Sean Sanchez, Kristen Sanchez, Cameryn Sanchez, Gabby Pecou, Nate Burkeen, Cali Lyles, Bryan Lyles Jr, Joey Carroll, Lily Lyles, Hunter Pecou, Anabelle Tyner, Braydon Lyles, Briley Smith, Scarlett Johnston and Haisley Tyner and great great grandchildren Kyndalyn Giesbrecht, Kourtlyn Wright and Rivers Wright.
