Robert Neal Mott (Mickey), 70, of Greenville, MS passed away Monday, July 22, 2024, at University of Mississippi Medical Center. Memorial services are at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. There will be a visitation from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
Robert was born on January 3, 1954, to Tecora Washington. He was later adopted by Beatrice and Willie Mott. Known as a man of immense humor and wisdom, Robert was a beloved member of his community.
Robert lived throughout the Mississippi Delta during his lifetime and retired from USG Interiors after many years of dedicated work. He was a member of Cathedral World Worship Center.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Fred and Beatrice Mott and his son, Archie Huggins. He is survived by his children, Vernell Thomas and Ashley Okerego and his grandson, Vernell Denzel Thomas, Jr.
