Graveside services for Roger Dale Baugh, 68, of Miami, OK, and formerly of Hollandale will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Hollandale Cemetery. He passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Roger was born in Hollandale, MS, and graduated from Deer Creek School, Arcola, MS in 1973. He lived and worked in Hollandale until he moved to Ennis, TX in 1984, where he raised his 3 boys. He worked for 25 years in Dallas, TX at H & K Metals. In 2003 he moved to Miami, OK where he married Rhonda Estep. He worked for J & M Mushroom Plant for 10 years and Reddy Ice for 12 years before retiring in 2017.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Alex Baugh, brother, Mitchell Baugh, niece Tanya Baugh, nephews, Robert Baugh, grandson, Dylan Baugh, and his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Rhonda Estep Baugh; three sons, Roger Chase Baugh (Alecia) of Nevada, TX, Tony Dale Baugh (Erin) of Ennis, TX, and Sam Baugh-Pennington (Rodney) of Marietta, OK; granddaughter, MaKenzy Baugh of Ennis, TX (he loved his “Baby Girl” and was so happy to have a granddaughter after all the boys. She loved her PawPaw); five grandsons, Jacob (Alyssa) of Tyler, TX, Josh of Austin, TX, Jonathan of Houston, TX, Ayden of Nevada, TX and Hunter of Rockwall, TX two great grandchildren; two stepchildren, Brian Estep (Lori) of Miami, OK and Lachelle Clinton of Miami, OK; three step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren; his mother, Lizzie Mae Baugh of Greenville, MS; four brothers, Irvin Baugh (Marie) of Greenville, MS, William Baugh (Francis) of Hollandale, MS, Danny Baugh (Mattie) of Snellville, GA and Jackie Baugh (Judy) of Paris, TX; two sisters, Marie Clark (Gary) of Etta, MS and Donna Baugh of Anguilla, MS; six nieces and five nephews.
