Funeral services for Shearer Kendall Aldridge, 91, of Estill will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Hollandale, MS at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 10, 2018. She passed away on November 7, 2018 at her home in Estill, MS. Burial will be private. Boone Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born on August 31, 1927 in Selma, Alabama. She attended Goucher College in Towson, Maryland. After graduating from college she worked at Craig Air Field in Selma until her marriage in 1959.
She is preceded in death by her parents Hunter and Dorothy Kendall, brother, William Quinton Kendall and her husband, Robert N. Aldridge, Jr. Shearer is survived by her daughters, Robin and Kendall (Peter) and her grandchildren, Peter Robert Butler and Kendall Adair Butler.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
