Funeral services for Susan Diane Goss, 42, of Leland will be held at Boone Funeral Home, Leland at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 10, 2022. She left this world to be with the Lord on October 7, 2022, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS. Graveside services will follow in the Hollandale Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Leland.
Susan was born on May 25, 1980, in Greenville, MS, at King’s Daughters Hospital to loving parents Sue and Tommy Goss. Susan was a special child to all who met and knew her. She never spoke a word, but she was able to communicate in her own way. She was the joy of her family and all who came in contact with her.
Susan is survived by her parents, Tommy and Sue Goss of Leland, MS, sister Sarah (Chad) Canada of Camden, AR, and nephews Tanner (Baylea) Canada of Douglas, WY and Daulton Canada of Starkville, MS. She is loved by a host of family and friends, including her Church family.
Susan was preceded in death by her grandparents Charles and Susie Ware, grandfather Leon Goss, grandmother Juanita Cooper, and step-grandfather Jim Cooper.
Susan was a ray of sunshine. She was placed in our lives as our own personal Angel. What a comfort it is knowing that she is in Heaven doing all the things she was unable to experience here on earth. A visitation will be held one hour before services at the funeral home on Monday.
