Graveside services for Sylvia Killebrew Swafford, 72, of Greenville will be at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at the Greenville Cemetery. She died Sunday, March 2, 2014 at River Heights Healthcare Center, Greenville. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was a lifelong resident of Greenville where she graduated from Greenville High School. She was employed as a bookkeeper. She was a Baptist.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Brock and Bessie Reeves Killebrew; 3 sisters, Marjorie Sebok, Catherine Lane and Maggie Morgan and by a granddaughter, Johnna Cantrell Holloway.
She is survived by a daughter, Dee Dee Swafford Holloway (Dr. James) of Jackson, TN; former husband, John Swafford of Greenville; special family, Kathy Gower of Leland and Sandra Jordan of Leland; and special friend, Cathy Yeldell of Greenville.
The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m., at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
