Funeral services for Thomas Earl Greene, 79, of Rolling Fork will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 10, 2021 at Sharon Chapel Assembly of God in Glen Allan. He passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at home. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. on Friday at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mr. Greene was born in Rayville, LA the son of Elbert Greene and Pearl White Greene.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Betty Louise Greene; two brothers, Wade Hampton Greene and David Paul Green. He is survived by two daughters, April Albritton (Randy) of Rolling Fork and June Cummings (Frank) of Columbus; son, Thomas D. Greene (Twila) of Downsville, LA; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
There will be a visitation from 9:00-10:00 a.m. on Friday at the church. Pastor Tim Edwards will officate the local service and Pastoral Intern Casey Albritton will officiate the graveside service.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to your ministry of choice, American Cancer Society or to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
