Funeral services for Tin Po Kwan, age 57, of Greenville will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 28 at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. He died Tuesday, July 24 at his home. Services are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home.
Tin was born in Hong Kong and moved to the United States with his parents. He graduated from Greenville High School and later owned and operated Friendly Market until his death. He was well known for his electronic repair talents.
Tin is survived by his wife, Han Mui Kwan and 2 sons, Ryan and Sean Kwan, all of Greenville; a brother, Yul Kwan of Hong Kong; and 2 sisters, Maggie Kwan Burnette of Indianola and Sammie Kwan Fortney of Hollywood, Florida.
A visitation will be held one hour before services at the funeral home on Saturday.
